Welcome to my website!

My name is Jason Scott Livingston.  I’m a husband, a father, a leader, and a visionary.  In that order.

I’ve been happily and successfully married to my best friend for 17 years, and have 3 beautiful children.  In the course of our lives we have lived in California, Virginia, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, Idaho, Bangalore, London, Luxembourg, Ireland, and Moscow, Russia.  We tell our children that we are the family that says “yes”, when others say “no”.  Life is an adventure, and you get out of it – what you put into it.  We’ve had incredible opportunities and experiences by taking the risks that others refuse and are far better off for it.

I have over 20 years of professional history in the areas of Operations, Customer Engagement, Brand Community Management, Support and Services, Community Engineering, and Consumer Experience Strategy.

My experience has been deep and is centered on strategic vision and in helping companies successfully navigate a way forward, accomplishing the goals that they have set for themselves, and then pushing past them.  My experience, while heavily entrenched in customer support, community building and management, consumer retention, and CRM has also afforded me a considerable amount of operational experience working to manage large scale operations in the realm of over 1500 employees and multiple sites spanning the globe.

I sit on the board of the Better Business Bureau here in the Bay Area. I love the opportunity to speak to large audiences on my experiences and insight, and have written much on the subject.  I’ve even co-drafted tax guidance legislation that has gone before the EU and passed into law.  I’ve found that I enjoy new and interesting challenges and opportunities and am always up for the next one.
